Neha Malani
Neha is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. She was associated with Renowned Global Audit Firm – Price Waterhouse Coopers for the past years of her professional career.
Neha has 15 + years of rich experience in Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing domain. Further she is having varied experience in the setting-up of businesses for Start Ups, LLP, Partnerships and helping them in various Registrations with the different authorities, complying with Statutory tax matters and Legal Compliances which are related to ROC, MCA, FEMA etc.
Suresh Malani
Suresh is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has a rich experience of more than 13 years in Audit & Assurance services, specializing in services to Manufacturing, Trading industry along with Govt Entities & NGOs. Suresh has also worked extensively for start ups providing them end to end support for compliance as well as helping them with grants & subsidies.
Prior to this, he was associated as Partner with Sharad Shah & Co for 4+ years and 1+ year with Haribhakti & Co. (Member firms of BDO International) in Audit & Assurance Services. He has been dealing widely into International Taxation, managing Tax profiles for HNI clients, Private family trusts, Lower Tax Certificate, Tax Residency certificate, etc.
Suresh has expertise in handling Income tax related matters like filling and preparation of ITR forms, ensuring timely adherence to statutory compliance and regulations and has extensively represented for Tax matters at assessment and appellate levels including at CIT(A), DRP, AO.
Nilesh Taykit
Nilesh is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has a rich experience of more than 12 years in taxation services, specializing in service to IT Service providers, Manufacturing and Trading industries etc.
Nilesh has also worked extensively for organisations to get funding from banking institutions to cater their business needs. Prior to this, he was associated as Partner with Sharad Shah & Co for 4+ years and 1+ year with Haribhakti & Co. (Member firms of BDO International) in Indirect Tax Advisory Services
He has extensive experience in the areas of GST, Excise, Service tax and Value added tax. He is specialized in providing Consultancy services to leading Indian and global companies.
Anant Ambure
He has extensive experience in the areas of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, IFRS, Reporting to International Financial Corporation (IFC) and Business Consulting.
He is specialized in providing audit and accounting advisory services to leading Indian and global companies. He has an extensive experience spanning across a sector of industries including Electronic, Automobile, Textile, Dairy, Engineering , Real Estate, Hotel and Seed industries.
Worked for 6+ years with Haribhakti & Co. and MZSK & Associates (Member firms of BDO International) in Audit and Assurance Services. He is actively involved in implementing various procedures, supervising the consolidation of group accounts and IFRS audits.
Giriraj Mohta
With his wide area of expertise, he is well versed in providing legal assistance in diverse sectors including manufacturing, media, healthcare, finance, real estate, IT/ITES etc.
He is recognized for its achievements in transaction involving Drafting and Conveyancing, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Corporate Law and Litigation under Corporate Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act and Commercial transaction litigation.
